Inquiry FAQ

Before you request a quote.

How is the inquiry sent?

Press Submit RFQ to send the completed fields securely through this website. A confirmation page appears after submission. You can also copy the brief for your records; copying alone does not send it.

What information helps you quote activated carbon?

Provide the application, current media or specification, operating conditions, target, sample or order quantity, destination port and required documents. GAC, pellet and PAC projects have different technical inputs, which are listed in the form.

Can SORBENTRA quote a custom specification?

Yes. Send the current TDS or the required property limits, methods, packaging, quantity and destination. The quotation will identify the commercial basis and any sample or testing step needed before order confirmation.
