Quality assurance
Quality controlled around the specification you approve.
The product reference, test methods, sample, packaging and shipment documents should describe the same activated carbon. SORBENTRA keeps those elements connected from quotation through delivery.
Order control
Five checkpoints from requirement to shipment.
The commercial grade is released against an agreed buying basis, not a generic catalogue description.
1. Requirement review
Application, current media, target values, methods, quantity and destination are recorded.
2. Sample approval
A representative sample supports aligned laboratory comparison or a controlled plant trial.
3. Signed specification
Critical properties, tolerances, methods, sampling and acceptance rules are confirmed.
4. Batch release
The batch COA and any agreed inspection or third-party results are checked before shipment.
5. Export delivery
Packaging, marks, TDS, SDS, COA and commercial documents follow the approved order.
Repeat-order control
Product references and buyer feedback are carried into the next production and quotation cycle.
Buyer evidence
What each stage is expected to prove.
The amount of evidence should match the application risk and the commercial importance of the property.
| Stage | Buyer receives | Decision supported |
|---|---|---|
| Quotation | Product reference, buying specification, packaging, document scope and commercial terms | Comparable offer |
| Sample | Representative material, sample identification and available sample COA | Grade-fit review |
| Order | Signed limits, methods, inspection points and packaging artwork | Production release |
| Batch | Batch COA and agreed inspection or independent results | Shipment release |
| Export | TDS, SDS, COA, packing data and commercial shipment documents | Delivery and import file |

Quality FAQ
What buyers can request.
Can SORBENTRA provide TDS, SDS and batch COA documents?
Yes. The document set is aligned to the grade confirmed for the commercial order. Tell us any application, destination or customer-specific document requirement in the RFQ.
Can a buyer request third-party testing?
Yes. The laboratory, sample identity, test method, required fields and acceptance basis should be agreed before testing so the result can support the buying decision.
Can SORBENTRA packaging be customized for an order?
Bag size, liner, closure, destination marks, palletization and other handling requirements can be reviewed for the order. The approved SORBENTRA product identity and traceability fields remain consistent.
How is activated carbon shipping reviewed?
The selected grade, SDS, packaging, cargo description, route and carrier requirements are reviewed together. Where IMDG Special Provision 979 or other transport evidence is relevant, it is handled as part of shipment readiness for the actual order.
