This website is operated for the SORBENTRA brand by Wenchang Xinbofan Trading Co., Ltd. (文昌市鑫博帆商贸有限公司).
Website inquiry submissions
When you press “Submit RFQ,” the fields you completed are transmitted over HTTPS to the website hosting and form-processing provider, Netlify, and made available to SORBENTRA for inquiry review. The submission may also generate a business notification so the sales team can respond.
The separate “Copy to clipboard” option prepares a copy in your browser and does not submit that copied version. Do not include passwords, payment-card information, confidential formulas or other sensitive information in either route.
Analytics and cookies
This website does not enable Google Analytics 4 or other analytics tags and does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Essential browser behavior may still be required to display and operate the site.
Website and procurement use
Pages on this website describe sourcing targets, application-screening questions and a qualification process. They are provided for preliminary procurement evaluation and do not constitute a quotation, product warranty, performance guarantee, certification or shipment acceptance.
Final product identity, specifications, test methods, document responsibility, commercial terms and acceptance criteria must be agreed in the applicable quotation, order and signed transaction documents. Where those documents differ from a website description, the signed transaction documents control.

When you submit an RFQ or contact SORBENTRA through another confirmed business channel, the company may use your business contact details and project information to evaluate and respond to the inquiry, prepare a quotation, coordinate samples or perform requested pre-contract work.
Retention and deletion
Submitted inquiries and related business correspondence are retained only as needed to evaluate and respond to the request, manage the commercial relationship and meet applicable record-keeping needs.
